Unified Communications CONVEX allow services, processes and information availability anywhere, at any time.

Market challenges assumed in CONVEX are aligned with an up to date but independent strategy, respecting the uniqueness of the technological environment, needs and objectives of each Customer, inherent to the implementation of its Unified Communications solution. CONVEX suggests phased developments, sustained on a roadmap aligned with CONVEX UC Building Blocks, involving Customers on defining points of departure and arrival.

CONVEX UC Building Blocks

Basic Block (e-mail, Instant Messaging, VoIP/Video + Presence)
- UC arquitecture key-services infrastructure such as Instant Messaging, traditional telephony services or IP telephony integrated, implementation or email system reconversion.
- Basic presence services that facilitate user’s interaction.

Advanced Block (Unified Messaging + Conferencing)
- Repository of unified messaging that enables the convergence of messaging and access to centralized voice mail, e-mail or fax, thus facilitating the access of users to its universe of messages, and at the same time, the tasks of administration for IT (maintenance, backups, etc.).

- Web, audio or video-conferencing mechanism implementation, making agents contact possible (workers, Customers, suppliers).

Collaboration Block
- Raises levels of collaboration between teams and individuals establishing procedures for sustained collaboration tools that, in an integrated manner, enable information sharing and team work among employees.

Facility Block (Mobility + App Integration)
- Integrates UC architectures and applications, while expands features such as presence, click to call, conference or collaboration, for other corporate applications (portals, etc.).
- Allows users to benefit from all UC features in and out of organizations by consulting a calendar (with voice instruction) from a phone to arrange meetings, reading automatic e-mail, contact priorities  management, and so on.
